Why speed matters
A slow site loses customers before they see your name. Google also shows faster sites higher in search.
- Is the speed test free?
- Yes. You see your phone speed score right away for free. The full report asks for your email only.
- Why test on a phone?
- Most local customers find you on a phone. Google also ranks sites by how they work on phones.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- We use Google PageSpeed Insights, the same test Google gives to site owners. We turn the results into plain words.
- What is a good score?
- A score of 90 or more is good. A score under 50 means many visitors leave before the page loads.
- Will you spam me?
- No. We may follow up once with ideas for your site.
